I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge having submitted photographs or other images and/or comments to KB Signature, LLC (hereinafter “KB”) relative to products and services provided to me by KB and/or KB’s owners, employees, agents, representatives, subcontractors, designees, servants, or assigns. With respect to such photographs, comments, or other images or information, I acknowledge and declare that I am the lawful and exclusive owner of or have permission from any lawful owner as to any photographs, comments, or other images or information submitted to KB by me and I do hereby authorize KB and/or its owners, employees, agents, representatives, subcontractors, designees, servants, or assigns to reproduce and/or publish any photographs, comments, video footage, and/or other images or information without compensation. This authorization and release shall also expressly apply to any written comments or other submissions I have made to KB, including but not limited to customer reviews or comments regarding KB’s products or services. I acknowledge and understand that any photographs, comments, video footage, written descriptions, or other images or information provided by me may be utilized by KB for any purpose whatsoever, including KB having the right to publish such materials on any websites, social media platforms, in email or printed newsletters, or other media owned, held, or published by or on behalf of KB.

Once remitted to KB, I shall waive any right, title, and interest in any photographs, comments, or other images and information which I have voluntarily provided and I agree that KB will thereafter lawfully have all right, title, and interest in and to the photos, comments, or other images and information I have provided. I also acknowledge that KB will thereafter forever maintain the right, title, and interest in and to the photos, comments, or other images and information, including use and any possible copyright rights with regard to same.
Additionally and having executed this Authorization, I expressly consent to the use of my image, likeness, or depiction as contained within any photographs, comments, or other images or information provided to KB by KB and shall not object to KB’s use of same on any website, social media platform, or other print or electronic media. Having done so voluntarily, I understand and agree to hold KB harmless from and release KB and its owners, employees, agents, representatives, subcontractors, designees, or assigns from any and all liability in regards to any photograph, digital image, video footage, written comments, or other images or information provided by me to KB. To the extent any claim or suit is made by any party arising out of or in relation to the use or publication as to any image or information provided by me to KB, I agree to indemnify and defend KB relative to such claims or litigation, including but not limited to compensating KB for any legal costs or expenses incurred in relation to same, including but not limited to KB’s reasonable attorneys’ fees.

This authorization is durable and shall continue to apply to any and all photographs, comments, or other images or information provided to KB by me, with my discharging and forever waiving any future claims to ownership of photos, comments, or other images or information I have voluntarily provided to KB.
