Merchandise may be returned within 30 days. Merchandise must be in its original condition for full store credit. We are not responsible for damage due to circumstances outside of our control.

Return shipments must be prepaid and with no signature required. Returns sent cash on delivery (COD) or signature required will not be accepted.

KB Signature is not responsible for returns that are damaged in transit.

Upon receiving your return, we will exchange, repair, replace, or give store credit.

Name, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address and invoice/customer number must be included with the returned merchandise.
